The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Message delivery depends on third-party carriers and is not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smsconnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
